I had the same/similar problem -- I had three accounts but could only apply upgrades on two of them. It seems to have resolved itself -- maybe fizz corrected something.

As mentioned already, Fizz doesn't sell phones... But also be aware that Black Friday is coming up so look for a phone on sale that is compatible with the Fizz network (https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices).

No point collecting fizz points if this outage continues.. as I am losing a lot of wife points because of it.

That sounds like the same issue my daughter has on her ASUS android phone. I also am on android, motorola phone though, and it works fine? We never had these problems on our previous network.

I don't think that this is an Android message problem as it doesn't happen when they send texts to people on other networks. Before I joined Fizz I never had this issue.

Same here (Ottawa, ON). No service on three lines. Kids are complaining!
