Thanks to everyone that has answered my question, I had tried all the steps that you mentioned. I used the chat and the issue was that there was multiple Fizz Ext (3G) networks that were showing up in my network selection, and on some of them the data wasn’t working.

Hi Mike. I have rebooted the phone. I use Fizz Ext and the data roaming is enabled. I will chat with someone. Thanks.
