Lemon, oui en effet, déjà testé. MT cela m'est arrivé la semaine passée, mais dès que j'ai payé le compte dit qu'il est réactivé. Sauf en pratique, ce n'est pas le cas.... Ce que je ne comprends pas c'est pourquoi ça prend une semaine à régler

Thank you Fling, I've been trying all day since yesterday morning and there is no chat bubble. And no answer on Facebook chat either.

Unfortunately it is now a 'problem with my plan' even though everything is fine on my account. I chatted with someone earlier today but they weren't able to resolve it. Can't make or receive calls, can't send texts. Basically my phone is now a tablet....

Yup same here. I'm assuming it's another service outage, unfortunately
