@Jess_i88b6 i thought they may be working on it too. But support takes hours to confirm anything. The fizz status page always reports everything is fine I’d expect them to post these kinds of outages but I guess I have to reset my expectations

Montreal. H3X postal zone. earlier this week it was during a power outage. My home was unaffected but thousands in my immidiate neighborhood were out of power so I figured some Vidéotron equipment got effected in my region. Today was out from around noon until 2pm.
-
Internet connection restored after one hour of downtime
-
Working for me however I lost service for about 5 mins between 840-845am
-
Try a reboot. Or airplane mode on /off.
-
I've tried all other providers sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. It's as if the FIZZ sim cards are rejected from all networks.
-
I had same issue. I manually changed my operator to VDN and seems to work. Still down for everyone else?
-
Texts seem to start to go through now too
-
I got service on my way home from work. SMS wasn't working, rebooted to try to see if that would fix the SMS issue lost service altogether. Please mark another update, the service is clearly not fully functional

https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1867286-referrals-work-internet-service Unclear from this thread. I would say if you bring a new internet customer or phone you'd get a referall, but not for "referring yourself"

SInce the refund would be pro-rated you can cancel the day you get the install and after you've confirmed its all up and running. .
-
You pick your date while signing up. I signed up on the 12th and my install was yesterday.
-
The speed is great. I got 120 and I get 135. The modem/router is decent. Provides around 500mbit over wifi if youre in the same room. Ample settings for portforwarding etc

I am in the same boat, I contacted Fizz over facebook. Seems there is no plan to allow it to be moved but it "could change" "Momentary, at this time, when you will move from a location to another your plan will be deactivated and reactivated as a new and you will loose the beta prices. It is possible but I don't know at…

No missed texts that I know of today and I sent quite a few. Does fizz maintain a page with network service status? And track reported issues? Would be nice to have a centralized page to list known network issues rather than scanning the forums for other users having issues.
-
I've also received some outstanding messages from yesterday this morning around 1-3am
-
Attaching APN settings for reference.
-
Seems to be working now
