  • Hi T.D. yes I've tried both using the pushed configuration as well as entering it manually myself, confirming there were no typos, rebooting my phone, etc. I've also reached out to the FIZZ support team on Facebook messenger and have not received a reply in almost 24 hours. This is utterly ridiculous.
  • Did you cancel your Fizz service yourself? When you port a number to another carrier you need to let the other carrier take care of closing your account for you. If you did it yourself that is probably the source of your problem (not sure how to fix that unfortunately).
  • I am also having the same problem, with a Galaxy S7. My data works, but only very intermittently. I will get a brief burst of data and then nothing. I also find that data will work for one app, and not for another. I.e. I can refresh my twitter feed but facebook won't load. Have no idea how to get technical support for…
