I have both fizz and videotron at home (videotron is paid by my employer, it comes from the same service cable but i have two modems. Hopenit helps !

I switched to the 200 and i see little to no difference to the 120, dont switch.

They will never provide answers about fraud. I'm sorry about your experience. For my part, i saved a lot of money switching to fizz and everything is doing great. I have both phone and internet.
