I'm having the same issues. Also purchased talk/text in the U.S. recently. Now my talk/text doesn't work in Canada. Fizz has escalated my issue but haven't heard back. The issue remains unresolved for about 16 hours. Haven't heard back from them in 7 hours.

They have something built into our contracts that says as long as the service outage isn't longer than 48 hours, they don't need to provide compensation. Jacky, I don't think this kind of network instability is warranted. Fizz needs to be held accountable. If they're still in beta and testing their network fine but don't charge us full price to have a network outage for going on 8 hours. Are we supposed to keep a second cellular line available in case Fizz is down for an entire morning? I've never experienced reliability issues on this scale.

I haven't heard of any other service providers having this issue. Only fizz.
