If the modem reboots by itself it may be due to your power bar, try a new power bar or contact fizz through messenger in order to obtain technical help. It could be your modem is faulty as well

I would contact them through Facebook Messenger but try to give as much information as possible in every message otherwise it may take up to a week to fix this since they are so slow to respond to each message....
