  • I am switching over due to the perks issued by Fizz. I have bee a long time subscriber for the cell phone plan so I have a bit of confidence in the company. Having said that I know the main lines/infrastructure is owned by Videotron so its a no brainer to switch over.

  • Does subscription start only when I receive the hardware, and active on the exact date? Plus I am assuming once I plug in the Fizz Modem in the exact same physical line as my Oxio modem without need for technician to do anything on site.
