These are "One Ring Scam" calls, don't call them back. They use premium rate numbers to steal your money. The monthly rates are high, but Fizz has some of the cheapest roaming outside of the US. Most other prepaid services don't have any roaming options. Also, most services charge by the day, which can add up on a long vacation.

You can also have Fizz send you a notification that setups the mms details. Under My Plans -> Manage Plan -> Advanced Parameters, you can click on "Fizz network parameters". It'll send you a a notification that automatically adds Fizz's apn details for MMS and data.

Just did that last weekend when activating a second, just delivered sim card. As others have stated, you can only port to a brand new or unactivated sim card.
