Any way I can access chat ? I cannot seem to find the option

Here's what I figured out. My phone, being originally a T-Mobile phone, doesn't seem to play well with Fizz AND Vidéotron (Same bands). I just tested it with Telus and Rogers. Works flawlessly. But the second that I put a Vidéotron SIM in it, it goes straight to "No Service" (Phone not allowed). What I ended up doing is…

It's even updated to Fizz 35.0, it SHOULD work more than 10 minutes. Because if it works for even 10 minutes, it means that my phone isn't really the problem.

The SIM that I have works in another iPhone that I have, I tested it earlier, it works flawlessly. What frustrates me so much is that I just restored my phone again. Through the ENTIRE setup, I have almost full bars of signal, then right after the setup, it disappeared and went straight back to "No Service". It LITERALLY…

Wow, after working for 10 minutes, it is now back to "No Service", and "Phone not allowed". I don't understand how it would be my phone, since it's up to date everywhere and it did work for 10 minutes, I even watched an HD video on data like I said. That is so frustrating and strange.

I received three answers quickly so I'll respond to all three at once : Yun H. : The phone is entirely wiped. I did a factory restore an hour ago, and up to date. Bruce L. : Like I have mentioned in my post, it was originally from America, on T-Mobile. I had it unlocked and had been using it on Public Mobile (basically…

I forgot to update my post. I have Fizz 34.1 running LTE at full speed on iOS 9.1 without any problems. Thank you for the response !

Indeed, I am currently position 6 out of 8 in the chat queue.

iPhone 6, latest iOS, on Fizz 34.1. (Latest Version)

Problem is : There isn't any jailbreak for iOS 12.x as of now. I suppose I will use another phone until then. Thank you.

I had already checked for previous profiles, but there are none and already reset my network settings, without success. I'll try with another device when possible.

Hi Samuel, like I said, it is my father's SIM card, it worked flawlessly in his phone when I took it out. My phone is unlocked, I went through various carriers since I've had it. But Fizz seems to be giving me difficulties. It worked great for 15 minutes but just went back to "No Service".

So it seems like I get service, but only for one minute. After one minute, it goes back to "No Service".

Hi, I borrowed my father's SIM card, which was already activated and in use, while I wait for my SIM card to arrive. I just wanted to test everything and make sure it worked flawlessly with my phone before porting my number to Fizz once I get my SIM card. I'll leave the SIM card in my phone overnight and we will see. Thank…

No, I meant adding someone's referral code. I was able to add it while ordering a SIM. Thank you either way !
