I have been expienceing the same issue so far Fizz has not been of much help. I have found 3 trick that temporarily fix the problem * Manually switch carriers * Toggle airplane mode on/off * Do a hard reset Let me know if this works for you too.

Hello, you have posted in the community forum, all the members here are other clients just like you we do not work for Fizz. Unfortunately currently Fizz does not offer phone on contact, you must bring your own device. This is how Fizz offer their competitive rates.

@Allison W. Good to know thank you! Although I don't think I will be switching plans again as the introductory period is ending soon. It is disappointing that the Fizz employees are not properly trained on their own policies.

@Allison W. is that so? Looks like the Fizz representative was misleading me then... They really need to improve their employee training. Regardless I recommend you open a claim through the CCTS, they helped resolve the issues I was experiencing with Fizz.

From personal experience you do not always get the alert right away sometimes it can take a few hours. Dispight this the gifted data should already be in there account.

I had the same problem, Fizz told me that you do not qualify for rollover data when you switch plans. I recommend that you file a complaint here: https://www.ccts-cprst.ca

I am currently in Florida (Orlando Area), while I have 4 bars of LTE signal my speeds are extremely slow (ping 962ms, download 0.15mbps and upload of 0.04mbps) on the AT&T network and my connection seems to be throttled. It is so slow I am unable to FaceTime or watch YouTube. I have already tried updating my network…

My understanding is that they are valid for 2 years from the date unlocked regardless of whether you apply them or not.

AT&T and T-Mobile for the most part. In certain remote areas they have partnered with smaller local providers.
