there have been outages all over with all the wind. I think you can check on the outage map on the vidéotron site, or contact them to see how long it'll be down for.

Yup, but you’ll need to order dim cards for them both. Also, you’ll need to contact your Koodo if your phone is still locked with them, otherwise you won’t be able to use the fizz SIM card with it

Not sure if it’s a perk, but if it’s an upgrade, then you will need the extra slot. You can get one by leveling up. If I’m not mistaken, you unlock a second slot at level 3

Without answering any questions, you can earn up to 20 points a day just for clicking on the hearts in questions.

Not sure what the top 3 are, but fizz is definitely up there. Their service had been pretty good and though my plan doesn’t technically have data, I can still earn data upgrades for free, so that’s a bonus. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to making plans, so you’re really only paying for what you choose.

It might be because you put an address that is different from the one that you have on your payment method.

totally agree with your pros and cons. I'm pretty happy with the prices, but I feel like they should keep the stabilization prices set till longer than the beginning of 2020...
