  • If you'd like to track their locations at any given time, for iPhone, you'd have to use the "find my iphone" feature by logging into your apple ID on the icloud site, along with the devices. For android, I think you can use your google account, but I'm not entirely sure.
  • You'd have to contact the cell provider that it is locked with. Do keep in mind that in Canada, cell providers cannot legally charge you unlocking fees. Best of luck
  • I think your phone needs to be unlocked. I'd say contact your provider or whatever provider your phone was with previously, and ask them to unlock it for you. In Canada, cell providers can legally no longer charge you unlocking fees. Best of luck
  • Still pretty new to this as well but I'd assume that you can reach Geek status by having the best answer/answering questions frequently. The points go towards your level which, as it increases, you earn upgrades
  • You could try waiting a bit before trying again, or maybe using a different device or browser. If that still doesn't work then I'd contact fizz support. Hope it gets resolved
  • I would recommend contacting fizz support today, since if I'm not mistaken, you'll need your activation code that you receive with your sim card in order to get your plan up and running. You could try and make the plan today however, but only activate it when the sim card comes in
  • I would contact Fizz support, and it'll be up to them to give you a refund etc. As for the second sim coming in, you'll unfortunately have to wait until it gets sent to your house. Shouldn't take to long if you order it right away.
