I put this message here because of my frustration with their service. Because it’s not the first time. And that other people see the quality of service. And I am on vacation with family. Not having a computer in front of me.

I already told them that I am in Europe. They can check the fact that I am using roaming in this moment. Technically is very easy to verify.

I am in France and I have no service (I purchased a Fizz travel pack - 1 GB of data). I have a big, fat "no service" on top left side of my iPhone...

8 hours and counting... It becomes ridiculous... Sad when you depend on this kind of service.

When I switched to Fizz I checked the US coverage and Hawaii was there mentioned. It makes no sense to only partially cover the US. Unless they specify “continental” USA.
