Hi Akshay as per Sergio's reply you will see the bubble icon appear to chat with a Fizz rep on the resolving issues page. It will not appear if there are too many people waiting in the queue to speak to a rep. The other alternative is to try sending a msg through there facebook page.

To chat with them, make sure that: You're logged into your Fizz account. You're active on a help page. You're within the business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST). You have disabled any ad blockers in your browser.

I rebooted and it started working again for me. I'm in Dorval.
