I had the same issue. Clearing the browser cache worked for me.

Click your name at the top right, beside logout button. You'll see your pic on the right with option to change it.

You on the latest iOS version? It should of prompted you to upgrade carrier settings when you popped in the sim card. Pop sim out and put it back in?
