Hi Marie-Jeanne, Please try the suggestion that Takion gave you, if that doesn't work, please contact Fizz either using the chat function on the help page, or using Facebook Messenger.
-
Hi, I've done a bit of research and trial. The best one I have come across is called Hiya, it has a modern interface, it displays caller ID for people who aren't in your contacts, it also has a built in number blocking function.
-
Interesting, it shows it on my phone the name of random people or when companies call... I'll do a bit of research into that for you, do you have an iPhone or Android?
-
As others have mentioned, incoming messages are always free, also, a possible reason for you receiving random messages from random numbers is that it you get a number from Fizz, it has already been used by someone else.. all phone numbers have been used in the past, but after a while those numbers might get bored of…

Sorry, would you mind explaining a bit more what you mean by 6 phones? Have you tried texting someone else? Do the messages on your end say sent? Have you tried the SIM card in a different phone? If none of those work, I'd recommend contacting Fizz support either using the chat function on the help page or by sending them…

Since Irene's answer helped you, it is the only real way of fixing the issue, we are users just like you, so there isn't anything else we can do. I'd recommend chosing Irene's answer as the best one so that this can help out other users later on.

Exactly what the others said above, I'll just add that in my personal use cases, I've noticed that there are more and more providers that shortcodes are working with now. Some of the ones that work now, weren't working a few months ago.
-
Unfortunately in that case you will need to contact Fizz support either using the chat function on the help page or contacting them using Facebook Messenger (The preferred method).
-
Hi, doesn't your phone automatically display caller ID? I'm not too sure what the use for using an app would be in this case unless your phone doesn't automatically display it.
-
Fizz has been having alot of issues with their network service, i've been getting thrown from LTE to 3G to External all day, hopefully it will get fixed as time moves on. Fizz seems to be doing alot of progress lately, most of the bugs that I used to get have been fixed.
-
Sorry then, not too familiar with that then.
-
Though after looking at reddit, it seems that it was just posted by a person, not a Fizz staff, so that could also be false information.
-
Fizz is owned by Videotron, so it would be an awesome thing if they did that, reliability would be just as stable as Videotron, I have doubts that it will affect the prices, then again, I could be wrong.
-
Hi, please make sure you APN settings are correct, something else that I noticed is that you have "Automatically select network turned off, i'd probably recommend turning that on since it might be trying to connect to the Fido, Bell, Rogers or any other carrier networks.…
-
You can try the way Mike mentionned, but apart from that, there isnt really any other way, I dont even think you can block the Fizz system number. Also seems like a bug, you should let Fizz know so that they can issue a fix for it later on.

Hi Bogdan, Thanks for your response, glad to hear Fizz is listening. I'd be curious to know the reasons why Fizz wouldnt want to do this...

Salut Alexandre, Svp inscrire tes questions sur le forum francais si tu en a d'autre, mais puisque tu est ici, voici le lien pour comment quiter. https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/r%C3%A9siliation

Hi, You will only receive the 25$ after your second-third payment provided both you and your friend still have active accounts. This credit will then automatically be applied on the following monthly bill.
-
Unfortunately there is no way to change the date and time of your router at this point in time, hopefully Fizz with push down a new firmware update sooner or later that allows you to change it manually. Your best bet is probably to contact Fizz either on the help page or through facebook messenger. If your looking for…
-
Awesome David,I just dont understand why Fizz doesnt want to do it that way, on the bright side, they end up making more money in the long run because people arent worried about upgrading their plans.
-
Hey @Fizzy, interesting, I got some mixed information from other users. But if that is the case, then great!
-
Hi, not sure how this one slipped through the cracks, also not sure if you received an answer yet, but here is mine. There unfortunately isnt any other place that you can order a sim card from yet apart from the Fizz website. Im really hoping that they start selling sim cards at big box stores like Walmart and other stores.
-
I've also been receiving emails from Fizz with random support tickets that were open, but when Fizz replies, they say Hello (Some random person's name). It seems like a bug with their ticketing system, so it wouldnt surprise me if they had a bug with the plan system aswell.
-
Yes, you should try to contact Fizz either on the help page or by using facebook messenger. I've also seen this issue with my account too, but I probably wouldnt recommend changing your plan if you had the introductory prices cause if you do, you will lose all of the discounts.
-
Please give it a few more days to see if it fixes itself, and if it doesnt, then go ahead and contact the support team either using the chat function on the help page or my contacting them using facebook messenger.
-
Yes, please give us more details of what you mean by no date.
-
You can order the sim card first, but you can't create the plan until your ready to use it. Unfortunately you won't get to profit off of the introductory prices since they are over and the stabilization prices will only last a a couple more months, so there isn't really much point in activating right now.

Salut, pourrais tu expliquer plus ce que tu veut dire par quand tu va sur l'internet tu en a pas? Est-ce que c'est quand tu vas sur le "dashboard" de ton plan? ----- Hi, would you be able to explain to us a bit more what you mean by when you go on the internet it says you have none? Is it when you go on the Fizz dashboard…

Hi, I have the Xiaomi Mi A2 regular edition and it works perfectly fine. As long as you are in the coverage area, you will get good service with it the A2 Lite. Have a good day!
