You need to contact the Fizz support for that question. Please, chat online with a Fizz agent. You will see a green bubble appear in the solution hub or if you go on order a Sim card page. Or contact them via Facebook when it’s after their opening hours.

Fizz est encore en mode Béta... Donc il est certain que tu peux avoir des problèmes, je ne suis toujours pas en LTE moi non plus.
