Yes, I fixed it by resetting the modem and starting over again.

When I input cusadmin as the username it does not work. Now the messages reads "Login Failed Wrong username or password. You have (X) times chance left." I have tried all of the possible passwords, including admin, cusadmin and my Wi-Fi
