Ah problems is back. Sometimes changing the admin password still causes the iOS app to refuse the same password. I think my workaround will be a factory reset, choosing the admin password AND THEN changing the wifi password to ensure they are distinct.

Thank you for your replies so far. I have tried all the solutions so far and get the same result. When I change the cusadmin password to one distinct from the wifi, the iOS app will not allow me to login.

Might I suggest using your twitter feed for status updates as well? Especially if you want to avoid us hammering the website... Edit: Also, the times posted in the status updates, they're EDT or CDT?

For clarification, I mean implementing 2FA when logging into our Fizz accounts, not using a Fizz mobile number with MMS 2FA with another vendor.

On iOS, I just added a bookmark to https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/overview to my homescreen. The website is very mobile friendly.
