Hi all Already reboot twice and apn it’s ok. Other ideas ?

I switched from Rogers 2 weeks ago and my phone was OK, If I call on WhatsUp speaker and mic is OK too. I switched my SIM to a Galaxy 7 and had the same result. I ordered a new SIM card which supposed to show up on Monday. I'll try that maybe the SIM card is bad. Anyway thanks all for your help.

Thanks for your help. I have a Pixel 3 XL 1 year old. I restarted the phone, reinsert the SIM a few times, didn't check other settings. I'm coming from Rogers and didn't have this problem. Volume is low and not clear, people asking me to repeat what I said and I ask them the same on my end. I thought it could be the mic…
