The compensation is fair in my opinion (could always be better). At the end of the day, I'd rather just move on and keep contributing with our findings / issues to help them try and improve the service. If not, there are always other alternatives out there.

I had a case where messaging wasn't working properly between a few of my contacts who are with other carriers. The issue was that I wouldn't receive sent notifications for some of my texts which left me questioning if the other person received my texts or not.

Is your smartphone compatible with Fizz's network frequencies? Please refer to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices for more information. The Huawei Y7 Prime does not support LTE-FDD B4 (or Band 4) which may explain why data is not working.
