I cannot chat with anybody at Fizz, the chat bubble doesnt work like at all. I am really unhappy with the service so far. Fizz, contact me please!

I cant get a chat bubble no matter what. How is it that this company doesnt have an 800 number to reach them? I mean I get wanting to make the service cheap as possible, but when I cant make or recieve phone calls or texts on my cell, and I cant reach the company because their chat bubble NEVER has worked for me what can I…
