Sometimes a popup will appear. Clicking "Go to my account" does nothing!

I tried putting my SIM card in another phone and it gives me the same problem. I put a working Fizz SIM card in my phone and it worked. So all signs are pointing to a faulty SIM card... what do I even do at that point?

What is this whole point thing? do you mean badges and unlockable perks? Does posting here contribute to that?
