In upstate new york, AT&T was somewhat working. where i was staying they had only Verizon. Coverage map on fizz website said i would have reception (entered exact address) but i was never able to connect to the verizon network. I tried to manually select network and all but never connected. pretty disappointing.

Yes roaming was on. When I crossed the border in lacolle. I was connecting to AT&T and it was working.
