It's been 3 days of no being able to receive any phone calls or text! I have contacted Fido and they told me they didn't see the porting request. But my old Fido sim card stopped working, too. So please help me!

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes I have chatted with a customer service and was told that I will get update via email. But not progress yet. And my data doesn't work either. Can Fizz support at least help me to get the data going?

Can not receive phone calls for 2 days now! How can I get ANY support from FIZZ?

BTW, I have rebooted the phone a few times, then switched to another Galaxy S7. Still same symptom.

Thanks a lot guys for the help. My SMS doesn't work. Every time I make an outgoing call, I can see the phone is indicating "conditional Call Forwarding Active". My understanding is that means the switch is not done yet.
