Still not working. my account was suspended because my Credit card was replaced, but I already updated it online and it still is not working for outgoing calls

The problem is that it's will all incoming messages and from many senders. Also, I used to be with Videotron and all the messages were coming in good

It's set for the correct network time, and therefore with outgoing messages I do not have this problem
