I would check on the "location services" .You may have apps that are running in the background. In addition, I would reset my networking setting on my phone as well. Hope this helps. Good luck! :)

I restarted my modem for about 5 times and the issue still persisted. However, close to an hour of wait, I was able to get back online. Thanks for your comments.
