No - Fizz is BYOD only. That frees you to buy the device anywhere - so you can get something like an iPhone and get Apple's service and warranty options if you like. Or another manufacturer if they offer them. You could also buy a phone from a store such as Best Buy and purchase service and warranty plans from them.

You can't change or update that card - you need to add a new one. Log in to Fizz.ca and click on My Plans and then click the green Manage Plan button. If you have an iPhone with iOS 13 go into Settings, Phone and enable Silence Unknown Callers. This doesn't block the calls, just silences them, sends them to VM and displays the number in the Recents list. That way if it IS something important they will leave a VM and you can see that they called and call them back if YOU…

I had no problem roaming on AT&T and TMobile (I think - mostly ATT) networks and of course my Fizz US and Canada plan means there were no…

Awesome gift, thanks Fizz! Can we gift a perk? Or use the perk data first and gift the rest of the data to someone else?

Having tried the other solutions - you will need support's help. Log into your account and then open https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us and look for the chat box bottom right. That or their Facebook.
