Bonsoir, J'ai passé chez fizz depuis que j'ai déménagé pour l'université et je suis satisfait du service internet. tu paie ce que tu as, et même souvent un peu plus (J'ai souvent 65mbs au lieu de 60) Je ne peux pas trop comparé mon forfait d'avant puisque j'avais la fibre avec Telus mais je pourrais dire que ma connexion…

I had the same problem and I contact fizz. They create a ticket and affirm that was not intentional and they are going to refund me the 4$. I'm still in wait so I'll answer again when I have all the answer, but for now, I advice you to contact fizz
