  • it can take from 5mins to an hour to get an agent, sometimes the agent will have broken english as well
  • Fizz should have used RCS, or Telegram instead of Facebook Messages, no idea why they decided to use a failing messenger for support, its like telling people to use Skype or Teamspeak lol
  • My experience has been great, but my mom's experience which I am taking care of on her behalf have been stuff of nightmares almost 3 weeks talking to support about Fizz call issue with no resolution yet, some support people appear to be new with English too, can essentially confirm its not an issue on our side though.
