What Device are you using? I also live in Montreal, and its working perfectly for me.... maybe try fixing something in your device settings....

yes its possible to have more then one user on the same account by just activating the sim cards on the account you want them under. however there is no way to change your caller id name differently at this time for each user. Plus side is you get rewards faster with more users obviously
