In my case, I got a call from the driver who did not find parking on our street. He asked me to come down and get the package, which he handed me from his driverside window double parked outside our home. Pretty funny.

When I got my modem in Dec 2022, it was delivered by a Videotron technician. I suppose things changed since then.

I was under the impression the phone will update the APN from the Fizz network when you insert the SIM card. Each text message (SMS) is usually a fixed rate per message.

VoLTE will probably work on your phone if it works with Koodo, plus Videotron is VoLTE, and the network is the same, so it should work.

I would probably contact Fizz on the support chat on their website, or Facebook messenger. That always seems to work.

From what I have seen with my neighbour's internet, there are no interruptions, except when the account type was changed. Keep in mind it uses Videotron's network, and it is reliable. Doing speed tests on speedtest.net, the speeds reach 100%-110% of the theoretical download speed. Same for upload.
