Thanks for your answer @QueenC! I did check my address and it is the right one. I wish the problem was that, I could just go and knock at the door who received it. I may try for a second shot, I really like the idea but I do feel a little less enthusiastic. Thanks for your time!

Just to signal that there is still no chat bubble in sight - and I do spend a lot of time connected in the FAQ and Help sections.

@V.C.: thanks for your answer! Yes, on the 15th morning, I received an email saying that my 2 SIM cards had arrived and this was the subject of the email: "Your SIM card was delivered, activate it before Nov 17." (hence the 48h window)

Day #4, just to signal that there is still no chat anywhere. I did read the FAQ and browse the Help while connected. I just never got to see a chat bubble.

Yes, no chat bubble for me neither... Thanks for your help, @Valérie! I think you need to have a plan before doing that. Is the chat only for the customers with one month or more behind them? Thanks!

Thanks @Valérie! I did not activate my SIM card however (that's my issue, the SIM cards that were "delivered" yesterday morning never really arrived...). So I don't have a "Unsubscribe" button yet. Maybe that's why I can't have access to the chat?

Same issue here. And the customer service told me it was impossible. Not very helpful. And apparently I am not the only one experiencing impossible situations... If someone successfully reached their chat, could you tell us how? And mayb send snapshots of your screen? Many thanks

Same here for the past 3 days... I tried to ask for help on Facebook but they answered back saying thet there was no problem and that the chat bubble was there.
