What may work out better is instead to select the Canada wide plan. I call all over Canada with that and no problems whatsoever.

This is a public forum discussing issues and topics. Sounds like you had some data rollover to the next month. Congrats! You now have extra data to use this month! Fizz is one of the few providers that let's you keep the data that you don't use so you can use it the next month! If the remainder of the 8GB does not show up…

I wish I could sign up for it! My current provider is the only game in my rural town! Wayyy overpriced for what I'm getting!
-
Afraid you are stuck with the cancelation or tab fees on your other providers account. Buy a lottery ticket, you may get lucky!
-
Just to confirm.....when you activated your SIM card you did not attach the phone number that you want to port over?
-
Oui. "Bubble chat. "

Absolutely! I am about to do the same!

Do you have a data plan? To send pictures by texting you need data. MMS.

Definitely try the SIM in another phone.

If those suggestions don't work most major internet providers provide their own speedtest. I've used Bell, Telus and Rogers all in the past.

That's what use too. 4 digits.

If the person who poses the question has already selected "the best answer" than the reply option disappears. Look for a green check mark to the right of the question. Have you already set up your account with a credit card attached to it? If not, that will probably work. If you already have set up a credit card, sounds like a job for a Customer Service Agent.
-
You can definitely have two different numbers (phones) under the same account. But not sharing the same plan. Each phone needs to have their own plan. But you can gift data back and forth as required!

Digital only company. No paper bills. Keeps costs down. You can find your account details as well as transaction info on the website after you login.

Ya, I wasn't able to text for about an hour and a half but it seems to be working now!!!
-
Some people have said to simply place some funds in your wallet in your account and they will draw the money from there. Maybe it's worth a shot if you can't resolve it with Customer service.
-
When that call is disconnected have you tried calling a local number to see if it is a problem with your local tower or phone? Just trying to be thorough.
-
I like the detailed go/no go status board. Much more informational.
-
It may be that like other online retailers, they sometimes ship out orders one piece at a time. It makes no sense for SIM cards picked from the same box, but stranger things can happen. Contact them and give em he'll if it doesn't show up in a few more days.

That's the one. What M.T. said.

Wow. I'm sure you've tried rebooting? Maybe try resetting your network settings on your phone then inputting them again. It may work.
