Why would you be concerned with getting denied a plan? Due to credit history, or?

Dial #31# before the number you wish to call. For example, you can punch in #31#5145555555 to hide your caller ID to the recipient. For Android phones, go to your Phone app, hit the three dots at the top right corner, Settings > Calls > Additional settings > Caller ID > Select "Hide number."
