Yup. The site keeps going online and then offline again.

Could be that the SIM card is broken or configured incorrectly by Fizz. Before making conclusions though, make sure to test your SIM with another phone.

No. VPN works on Videotron and Fizz will be no different.

Sometimes ISPs will intentionally throttle torrenting/P2P to prevent piracy so, I wouldn't be surprised. Just try a VPN and see if it makes your speeds faster.

You won’t be able to access Fizz without at least a couple megabytes of data therefore, you cannot add an add on after you run out of data.

This scam usually targets Fizz phone numbers starting in 343. Fizz is aware of this issue.

You should try switching your cell tower settings maybe. Try using a partner network and trying sending a text message. If that doesn’t solve the issue then I guess the last resort is to try a new SIM

Use their live chat service. It’s much easier to talk to them using this method.

You can only transfer your VoIP number to Koodo then to Fizz because Fizz will not port your phone number if you do it directly.

I think it is possible. However, make sure you contact Bell to see if they'll allow it. Good luck!

Unfortunately, at this stage, you cannot port your phone number. You can only do it during the SIM card activation process. Also, this is not possible if your previous plan with Koodo has been cancelled already. Good luck!
