Yes, I have the same exact issue since switching to fizz. Most of the time the lights are not connected to my phone, and even things like auto-turn-off when I leave home aren’t working properly. It seems like a router issue to me, the question is would be worth it to buy another one just for that? I don’t know.

I tried changing the channel a few times and it does nothing for me. I have to say I never had an interference issue with the previous Videotron router.

I am finding the Fizz router to the issue in my case. When I connect by cable, it’s great. Not sure what it is or why I have so much interference going on.

I’ve had home internet for few days now and I’ve been fairly happy with it. Download speeds are fairly stable and there hasn’t been any major disruptions. I just got it back, I was in Montreal when disconnected and now I am in Laval, not sure if location is a factor here though.

If you log to fizz.ca, then click My Plans, Manage Plan, you shoud find an option that says Unsubscribe. I suppose this should do it.

I second the reply made by Radu D. I should also mention that I received a call from the retention of my previous provider and I suspect numerous people are too. If Fizz doesn’t sort this out within hours/days, chances are they will lose lots of people very soon.
