  • Hi Bigo. Exact same thing I received when I contacted chat for the 2nd time yesterday. They re-assured me they have phones in stock, and that it was a technical glitch with their software. They also told me not all phones are affected, which I find odd.. Waiting patiently..
  • Same issue for me as well. Fizz, you need to do better. I contacted Chat support this morning and the lady was very polite and helpful, but the ticket has literally stuck in "our teams are looking into this carefully" as of 8:55am with no further information.
