The same thing happened to us with our 438 number. We just told the family members in the U.S. to save our number to their phone so it would be recognized. But eventually the caller id and number were properly seen after a few months.

Just to be sure, I suggest contacting customer support to let them know that the previous owner was also a Fizz client. Tell them you have his old equipment.

We were able to get one 514 number with a new line from Fizz, but our second line was a 438

Even with the 2 outages that we have experienced so far, both our Fizz accounts have been working well. And you really cant beat that price.

Yes. Your phone will definitely work in Las Vegas. We were in Spain last year and just got the travel add-on for the duration of our vacation. You can either go that route or switch to the plan with US coverage. Both are good options so you dont lose either way

As long as they give the minimum 30 day notice. Regardless, we are extremely happy after the switch to Fizz from Rogers. They offer the best standalone price plans for kids
