Same here. The internet was instable in the morning. I had to restart computer and replug the modem twice to work.

The technician will come with the modem. In my case, it was a very friendly guy who made sure everything was ok. It costed 0$.

Did you tried to unplug the modem and wait about 25 seconds before repluging it? It happened twice to me and it worked.
