I love the Community for the good advices and the positive gestures :D I'm good but I'm sure someone will be in need.

I had credits that were not applied to my account after 2 billing cycles. So, I contacted the support team to fix the issue and at my next billing cycle the credits got applied. I almost paid nothing that time :)

Thank you Kristen for the info! How did you know it was cheaper, did you receive a notification or something?
