I had credits that were not applied to my account after 2 billing cycles. So, I contacted the support team to fix the issue and at my next billing cycle the credits got applied. I almost paid nothing that time :)

You can unsubscribe anytime, it will take effect at your next billing cycle: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe. If you have some data left in your account you can use them all before you leave and/or gift them to the community, your generosity will be greatly appreciated :)
