  no its not in spam, i tried to resend about 5 times, nothing, so i guess i have to order another sim, looks like they still have tons of issues

  well i solved the issue by opening a new account with my gmail this worked fine only thing is it cost me another 5$ for a sim , but im ok with that as long as it works . thanks for the help

  great idea but how do i get a refund? It seems there is no way to contact support
