No ports are blocked by Fizz (or Vidéotron who manages the infrastructure). Double check your settings on router, firewalls, VPN, windows, etc.3 -

You can change your plan as many times as you wish during the month, EXCEPT the 2 days before the beginning of your next cycle. N.B. any plan change starts on the first day of your next cycle3 -

Normally if you have not changed your plan, the rate is maintained. But when you change to a different plan, all new prices will apply. So if your old plan was $25 for 1GB, then you changed it to 10G…0
