There are a lot of them around though that advertise "All Canadian carriers" only to then neither list Vidéotron nor Freedom Mobile in the list of supported carriers.1 -

Settings->Cellular->Network Selection->Automatic:off Wait for the scan to finish (may take a minute or two), then select one of the Fizz EXT entries.1 -
