Fizzy has the best answer, Fizz is prepaid so nothing happens until they get paid. Contact FIzz customer service, they are generally good and fast at resolving matters.5 -

Alll Fizz services are prepaid, no contract or minimum term required. Cancel any time, just arrange with Fizz to cancel. As it is prepaid, Fizz does not refund any unused services (ie. unused data).5 -

Fizzy has the answer, contact Fizz and ask if you can transfer service to another. This would be better than cancelling your service and having to return the modem....more work for you.6
