If it's average speed then I would imagine a small country like Singapore will be #1 since laying fibre across the country would be much cheaper than doing it in Canada.2 -

I don't really understand why remove is even still an option now that swapping is an option. I think getting rid of the remove action and only showing swap will result in the happiest Fizz users.2 -
