I just changed the plan to Canada wide. Still getting "your call cannot be completed at this time..." Any suggestion ?

The 819 is in Gatineau. The 613 is in Ottawa. Yes, it's different provinces but it's the same area. The activation was done over a week ago. I didn't had any old provider, it's a new number provided by Fizz.
