• Update: it works on a different machine, so probably a client OS/hardware problem. Note down my information if someone ever have time to look into this bug: Apple M1 Pro macOS Sequoia 15.1.1

• I tried it in "Incognito Window" in Chrome (so should be a fresh new session) and still got the same thing. Tried in Safari and got the same thing. It's probably a problem on server side.

• Resolved it, turns out to be a problem on Amazon side, they send a SMS from their system manually to me and it works, after that I retry sending the automatic notification then it works.
